The Tired Boy
It was a long day for Jack. He woke up early in the morning for school and had a lot of homework to do after classes. He also had to help his mother with some house chores. Finally, after finishing all his tasks, he was able to lay down on his bed.
He closed his eyes and felt his body relaxing. He felt very tired and soon fell asleep. He dreamed of running and playing in a park with his friends. However, he couldn’t keep up with them and felt even more tired.
Suddenly, he woke up to the sound of his mother calling him for dinner. He rubbed his eyes and slowly got up from his bed. He felt a bit dizzy at first but then his body adjusted to being awake again.
After dinner, Jack went back to his room and got ready for bed. He knew he needed a good night’s sleep to feel energized for the next day. As he lay down on his bed, he thought about how good it felt to rest and how he should make sure to take breaks throughout the day to avoid feeling so tired.
